Ordering
Browse our collection, pick your item, choose your customisation options on the product page, and add it to your cart. You can specify names, monograms, colours, and any personal details in the customisation fields before checkout.
Absolutely. We love bulk orders for schools, sports teams, events, and family reunions. Reach out through the contact page for a group quote and we will work something out that suits your timeline and budget.
For individual pieces, 3–5 business days is usually enough. For bulk orders or anything needed for a specific event, we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks ahead to be safe.
Customisation
We offer embroidery, monogramming, and vinyl designs across our full range. You can personalise with names, initials, phrases, school or team names, and more. Each product page lists exactly what options apply to that item.
Yes. If you have a specific design, logo, or artwork you would like used, get in touch through the contact page and we will confirm file requirements. We typically work with PNG or SVG files at high resolution.
For standard name and monogram orders we work from your specifications directly. For complex or logo-based designs, we will send a digital proof for your approval before we begin.
Shipping & Pickup
Yes. You can collect your order in person from our studio at 1305 Pass Rd, Gulfport, MS. Just select the pickup option at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.
We do. We ship across the US and calculate delivery based on your order. Free delivery applies to orders over $75.
Once your piece is finished, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Care & Quality
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Iron on the reverse side, not directly over the embroidery.
That is on us. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement, a correction, or a refund. Your satisfaction is what matters.
Every order goes through Kajanuary's hands personally. We do not outsource production. What you receive has been made with fifteen years of craft knowledge and real pride in the finished result.
